    uiteraard is er nog hoop , er is teveel gebaat bij .

    of zweden gaat saab helpen of die vm muller gaat over op het andere plan .

    hoop morgen wat meer te weten te komen en mischien laten die chinezen van zich horen de nacht .

    zo niet zal de koers wel gedrukt worden , maar goed ik zou zeggen wacht met verkopen want er is nog tijd en hoop..

    en inderdaad de moeite waar om de vertaling op SU te lezen van intervieuw van lofalk

    It seems that the battle for the future of Saab has become a personal matter: the administrator wants to end its reorganization, Saab boss wants but the "end" administrator.

    Loyal readers Autoforum.cz certainly not escaped our article last week in which we summarized the recent developments in the Saab. Although the dramatic situation we are in connection with the automaker experienced this more than enough, the last week surpassed all previous - Saab was first located just a few hours from bankruptcy, but eventually received the first part of the investment of Chinese companies Pang Da and Youngman, and suddenly it was over problems.

    Even since the decline was not about an interesting event of an emergency, the ratios of companies that regularly stumbles between the grave and Hall of Fame, but was not anything extraordinary. Everything began to complicate the end of the week.

    Before we get to the point, we should tell you what or rather who is Lofalk. Guy Lofalk is known Swedish lawyer who in the story Saab acts as a court appointed administrator of the ongoing reorganization process. It was he again agitated somewhat calmer waters of that saga, though on Thursday asked the court to terminate the process, it does not believe that Saab would get the money needed for its successful completion. If your application was successful, it would end the regime of judicial protection from creditors and the company almost certain bankruptcy car.

    Officially published reasons Lofalka which led to this step, we have already mentioned, based on what is decided but so much more complicated. Crucial role in his considerations certainly played a willingness and the ability of Chinese partners, the Swedish carmaker Saab to invest, since it is a reorganization and falls. Never mind now that the Chinese still have not received permission from their offices to implement the investment, presumably because it just do not want to implement, at least not according to the original script. Accordingly, Pang Da with Youngman had in exchange for 245 million euros to become the owner of 53.9 percent, automobile and work with the current owner (Swedish Automobile, formerly Spyker) to further development. But someone in this case began to intrigue with the situation and wants to get more.

    According to latest reports, the Chinese had decided to take the Saab, and not just half of its shares. This would present their plan certainly fell. Probably also discovered that the whole company to take over the need of today's owner, just arrange the appointed administrator to reorganize them and then ended the bankrupt company sold the property as a whole a better price. Although each of the following steps need court approval and creditor sale of the Czech Sazka case shows that such a procedure is not so unusual let alone untenable.

    If the Chinese have come to this conclusion, the Saab respectively. its present owner in a nice mess, because today it is a plan of procedure and no Plan B is not on the table. Everything suggests that the reality is different, the parties have, however, differ significantly in view of who responsible for this state.

    Guy Lofalk pretend that Chinese investors have come to this conclusion themselves and that amending their plans this week to know. With that principle, but disagree Saab boss Victor Muller, whereby it was just Lofalk, who is with the Chinese on this process finished. Last week had met with representatives of both companies and the meeting was to get them to change attitudes. The request for termination of the reorganization has been just another step in this dirty game, according to Muller, as its continuation is no longer meaningful.

    "We have very clear signals that Chinese investors are not going to finance Saab as it promised only last week. Last weekend Lofalk visited Beijing and met with representatives of both Dy Pang and Youngman. These meetings are apparently forced to change its position and make efforts to conclude a very different type of business. This is unacceptable, "said Muller, with the complete takeover of Saab Chinese worth.

    A certain now is that more money from Chinese arrived in the originally announced deadline (October 22) and Guy Lofalka satisfied or replacement "patch" from the American company North Street Capital in the amount of $ 70 million (approximately CZK 1.3 billion), which has Saab help to survive the moment when everything is settled with the Chinese.

    Saab boss is in any case, negotiations with Lofalkovým very dissatisfied. "From our perspective Lofalk exceeded all conceivable limits of its mandate as an administrator. Primarily focuses on the change of owner and not the Saab management reorganization itself, a task whose fulfillment it commissioned the court, "says Muller apparently indignant told Swedish Radio.

    Saab therefore filed an objection to the application Lofalkove above reasons and also requested the termination of his mandate as an administrator. Lofalk shortly after the charges against Muller sharply protested, saying that the intention of Chinese investors last week, and not only learned to change their attitudes did not contribute. The current management in addition to all Saab informs. The order of revocation Muller just said laconically: "Facts do not change the fact that shoot the messenger."

    Decisions in both cases to fall during the next week and for the further development of the Saab will be crucial.     Je hebt gelijk, dat is later aangepast. Op het moment dat ik dat plaatste werd er in de comments bij Saabsunited alleen nog maar gesproken over $4 & $1 miljoen (zie comments).

    Geen hoop, eerder een slechte vertaling. In eerste instantie leek het erop dat Youngman in totaal $5 miljoen had betaald, maar nu lijkt het erop dat ze $10,5 miljoen overgemaakt hebben.

    Uiteraard nog steeds veel te weinig.

    Nee dat is onnodig, de grote zak met geld is nodig om Saab (niet SWAN) overeind te houden. Als ze in SWAN zouden investeren (wat ze hebben aangegeven niet meer te willen) zal dit geld worden ingebracht door nieuwe aandelen uit te brengen en niet de huidige aandelen worden opgekocht.     SWAN is niet in een positie om voorwaarden te stellen dus ze kunnen gewoon een bod doen op Saab en hebben geen behoefte aan SWAN. VM wil dit liever niet dus ze zijn aan het onderhandelen hierover

    Zoals Ursus Arctos ook al opmerkt: Je hebt geen idee welke voorwaarden er aan dat geld zijn verbonden.

    Ook zorgt elke euro die de Chinezen erin hebben gestoken dat ze meer "leverage" krijgen. Als ze weer met SWAN aan het onderhandelen zijn kunnen ze simpelweg zeggen:

    "Verkoop Saab aan ons voor $1 of we eisen als het geld terug dat we de afgelopen maanden betaald hebben!"

    Aan al die betalingen uit China zijn voorwaarden verbonden. Zo hebben de Chinezen bedrijfsonderdelen en IP als onderpand gekregen. En daarnaast zijn er nog ontbindende factoren zoals een termijn waarbinnen de auto's geleverd moeten worden. Als Saab geen auto's levert moeten ze het geld terug betalen.

    Dat geld kunnen ze niet terugbetalen en dus hebben de Chinezen alleen maar meer recht om te zeggen: Geeft Saab maar voor $1 aan ons.

    Ze zullen zeker bepaalde rechten hebben in hun verdere onderhandelen, maar lopen ook wel een verhoogd risico doordat hun geld op het spel staat, en bij een failisement betekent het niet direct dat zij er met de buit vandoor zullen gaan. En Victor Muller is uiteraard een specialist in dit soort spelletjes.

    victor muller zal inderdaad wel weten wat ie doet
    probleem is alleen dat victor muller zijn onderhandelingspositie niet zo sterk is
    hij heeft geld nodig en snel anders is het over en uit
    dus dan is ie niet in een positie waar in ie ook hoge eisen kan stellen
    kans is dus groot op een mega slechte deal en anders een faillissement.
    andere mogelijkheden lijken mij uitgesloten.
