Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Dat is een klap voor Hamilton , en weer doet de koers van Steinhoff helemaal niets. 22 juni dus weer een zitting hof van beroep.
    Hamilton had hoger beroep aangetekend om de voting date van 15 juni te verschuiven wat dus niet gelukt is.
    Dat vind ik niet positief , dat zou betekenen dat Hamilton niet akkoord gaat en niet ingetekend heeft?
    Verder is er door Steinhoff verzocht de vergadering van schuldeisers van 30 juni uit te stellen , never ending story.

SIHNV, SIHNV's administrators and certain other parties to the proceedings had previously opposed those requests. The ruling of the Court of 16 June 2021 is non-appealable.

    As announced previously, Hamilton has separately lodged an appeal against the 28 May 2021 decision of the Court to appoint the CoR. That appeal is currently pending before the Amsterdam Court of Appeal with a hearing on the admissibility of the appeal being scheduled for 22 June 2021. SIHNV will continue its defence against any attempt to disrupt the proposed global litigation settlement and SIHNV's ongoing Dutch SoP.

    The appeal lodged by Hamilton has not caused the Court to reschedule the deadline of 15 June 2021 for the submission of claims against SIHNV ('voting record date'). The claims administrator will now commence a review of the claims that have been received in the Dutch SoP.

    SIHNV's administrators have requested the supervisory judges in the Dutch SoP to defer the creditors' meeting of 30 June 2021. This request is currently pending, and no revised date for the creditors' meeting has yet been scheduled.

    Further updates will be provided in due course.

    SIHNV has a primary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited.

    Andere geluiden op het Duitse forum:
    1) Hamilton hat sich zum Abstimmen am 15.06 registriert und akzeptiert das GS nun
    2) Der Richter hat daher die Klagen am 16.06 abgewiesen (da hinfällig)
    3) Der Verwalter braucht nun mehr Zeit für seine neue Liste, da die Stimm-Ansprüche von Hamilton noch geprüft werden müssen..
    Dass Hamilton mit allen Mitteln versucht, die Abstimmung zu verhindern kann nur eins bedeuten: sie werden bei der Abstimmung verlieren!
