Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Pharming krijgt het niet zomaar cadeau. Er zijn schijnbaar afspraken gemaakt over de condities waartegen Novartis het kan overnemen.

    Geachte De Monitor,

    Hoe ziet u de goedkeuring door de FDA?
    Is dit een mooi begin van een nieuw hoofdstuk of ziet u dit als "bezit van de zaak is einde van het vermaak"?
    Ik ben terdege benieuwd hoe deze goedkeuring, die volgens u bijna zeker niet zou plaats vinden, uw kijk op Pharming beïnvloed, of niet.

    Jazeker, zal ook de financiering van verdere medicijnontwikkelingen of potentiele aankopen van pharming ten goede komen. Hun slagkracht wordt wat groter zonder dat de marktintroductie van Joenja extra veel gevaar loopt. Al met al minder risico voor de belegger en gunstig voor de LT’ers.

    “5.10 Priority Review Voucher.

    (a) If following the Effective Date Pharming or its Affiliate or Sublicensee receives a Priority Review Voucher in connection with its or their Development of the Licensed Compound or a Licensed Product, Pharming shall promptly notify Novartis in writing (a “PRV Notice”). If Novartis exercises its option to purchase a Priority Review Voucher under Section 5.10(a), Novartis and Pharming shall negotiate in good faith and seek to agree on the form and substance of PRV Documents consistent with the terms of this Agreement within [***] days of Novartis’ election. In the event the Parties do not execute and deliver PRV Documents within such [***] day period, either Party may refer such matter for resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures contained in Section 15.5.    “
