Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Een ding is wel zeker: ze gaan niet door met Italiaanse hypotheken of vastgoed.

    Als ze iets nieuws gaan verzinnen zal het wel met CO2-rechten te maken hebben.

    Guernsey, 16 February 2022 – Eurocastle Investment Limited today announces that it has received revised tax assessments relating to a
    legacy German property investment. As previously disclosed, the potential liability arising from this matter had already been fully
    reflected in the Adjusted NAV as part of the additional reserves established in December 2019. As at 30 September 2021, the Adjusted
    NAV was €9.76 per share. The revised assessments cover the period from 2008 – 2012 and determine a liability of €4.6 million, or €2.50
    per share, which is in line with the amount reserved by the Company for this liability. In respect of the same investment, the Company
    has separately reserved for further interest accruals, as well as the years 2013 – 2015 which remain subject to ongoing tax audits.
    The Company intends to appeal these assessments through the German tax system and, having taken independent advice, considers it probable that the matter will finally be determined in the Company’s favour.

    Sinterklaas, de Kerstman lieten ons links liggen, de paaseieren liggen al in de de wjnkel. Zal toch niet...?

    Blijft een raar vethaal die Duitse belastingclaim. Hoe kan zoiets nou negen jaar duren zonder dat de rechter er al aan te pas is geweest? En dan schijn je ook nog acht procent boeterente moeten te betalen bij de afdeling Houd Ze Arm.

    NAV per einde jaar stijgt slechts 3 cent naar 9.79 euro.
    Echter, daar zitten de opbrengsten van dit jaar nog niet in: tweemaal 1 mln ontvangen waarvan 1 mln echte winst.
    Ik kom dan uit (niet op de cent nauwkeurig) op een NAV van 10.30 waarvan 8.65 euro in cash.
    Hierbij nog niet gerekend natuurlijk met de voorzieningenpot van bijna 8 euro per aandeel.
    Tenslotte worden we wederom aan het lijntje gehouden, nu maar weer tot 1 juni.

    Eurocastle ziet nettovermogenswaarde stijgen

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Eurocastle Investment heeft in 2021 de nettovermogenswaarde zien stijgen. Dat maakte het investeringsbedrijf met een notering aan het Damrak vrijdag bekend.

    De aangepaste nettovermogenswaarde bedroeg eind 2021 18,2 miljoen euro, of 9,79 euro per aandeel, in vergelijking met 15,7 miljoen euro na uitbetaling van het dividend, ofwel 8,46 euro per aandeel, in 2020.

    Het rendement op de portefeuille bedroeg het afgelopen jaar 2,9 miljoen euro, wat onder de streep resteerde in een nettowinst van 1,1 miljoen euro, ofwel 0,57 euro per aandeel.
