Hoi Beurske,

Beurske
Goedemorgen, Een email van CEO Dab: Dear Shareholders I am getting much inquiries following the election of President Obama. Expectations run high about the coming impact of public policy on the growth of our company. I am sending you a copy of my response to a fellow shareholder wanting to know why the importance of Transitional care and the underlying economics. See below Best Regards Gerard Dab Dear Sir You ask me about the economics of transitional care in America. It's about saving lives, saving time and money. It's about reducing hospital readmissions, a national scourge that cost Americans more than 45 billion a year in additional medical bills. For the Federal governments it's a burning issue. Next year more than 2200 hospitals will be financially penalized by Medicare for readmissions within one month of a patient being discharged. These hospitals face stiff penalties and are trying to remedy but are failing. " "A lot of places have put in a lot of work and not seen improvement," says Dr. Kenneth Sands, senior vice president for quality at Beth Israel. "It is not completely understood what goes into an institution having a high readmission rate and what goes into improving" it. Well, we at VisualMED, we know, we have been looking at the problem and have come up with a complete protocol based on pioneering work at the University of Kentucky. That is why we were chosen to lead the joint venture in Maryland that is tackling the issue there. Governor O'Malley want his state to claim national leadership in solving this problem. One in five Medicare patients returns to the hospital within a month of discharge. The government considers readmissions a prime symptom of an overly expensive and uncoordinated health system. Nearly 6 million patients are readmitted within 30 days of release each year, costing Americans some $47.5 billion in additional hospital bills. This national average has remained steady at around 19 percent for several years. In other words assuming we should reduce 50% of readmissions, recurring annual savings would amount to 24 billion or half a trillion over 20 years to talk in budgetary terminology. VisualMED has the knowledge and the technology, we wrote a full manual on readmissions 3 years ago. Over the next five years we are looking at bringing TC to health agencies covering some 100 institutions. If we charge a one-time fee of 3M per unit plus 300K per annum, most will recoup the cost in six months, a staggering ROI. We bring in the tools, hire and train all requisite new personnel. Its a fresh start with social workers and nurses, Its turnkey. No retooling of existing practice, a classic source of bleeding. Our profit margins could exceed 40%.You can see why it is such a better business than acute care automation. We can finally further the aims of public policy while making a healthy revenue and bring back the company to its historic valuation. Hoping this clarifies some of your questions, thank you for your continuing interest and support -- Gerard Dab Chairman and CEO VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp 50 West Liberty Street, Suite 880 Reno, Nevada 89501 Tel. 514.582.5220gdab@visualmedsolutions.com
"Bring back to his historic valuation".
Robsonopa
By dblankfein79 . Nov 12, 2012 9:32 PM . Permalink .Hype, #$%$ announcements, huge spikes in the stock after hired newsletters promote this POS! Nothing fundamentally exists. Where are you, SEC? Get this loser!
deze man is zeker tevreden over de heer dab
Kan er nog iemand iets positiefs vermelden?????? Robsonopa
Gaan daar weer verder.
Dear Shareholders, I have received more questions from shareholders asking for clarification on valuation models arising from our last press release. A number of documented facts in these past two years do impact the valuation of our company. The first rest on a notions that when the economy gets finally repaired and when health regulation becomes most assertive starting next year then we may expect our stock to return to the pre financial meltdown level it had in the spring of 2008 when the company still had a value of some 50M in spite of losses amounting to more than 4M a year. Now we have no more red ink and we have solid alliances with partners that are bringing VisualMED right in the heart of where the action is: DC and its surrounding states. The second rest on the fact that we have battle tested had assets that have been proven to reduce mortality and cost in hospitals and that can be used from remote locations. The proprietary assets have been created in conjunction with the best medical schools and have the credibility that stems from years of continuous usage in tertiary care environments. We are still most advanced and see no competition. Barrier to entry is high. Years of testing are required to gain the academic validation critical to enter the field. For example , to this day we are the only system in the World being used to automatically integrate the pathology report and determine tumor staging in cancer care. The third is based on the fact that companies similar to ours in terms of offering health automation solutions are being acquired for astonishing amounts of money. These run into hundreds of millions. To wit two examples, Aetna and Cigna two leading insurance giants. Aetna´s acquisition of Medicity in 2010, a basic health exchange support platform, for an amount of half a billion has been described as highly strategic. The purchase price has been described in various articles as eye popping. Medicity offers limited application for decision support and information sharing. It cannot support full automation of the clinical environment yet it fetched an impressive price. Cigna Corp, a U.S. health insurer, is “perpetually” looking at acquiring companies and has the resources to make purchases of more than $1 billion, says its Chief Executive Officer David Cordani. These are just two of many companies that will be making acquisitions to support their entry or expansion into the trillion dollar healthcare market. It is clear that last time we had a decent valuation, back in 2008, ( equivalent to 27 cents a share ) we had a lot less going for the company then now. As we grow our exposure and our user base we increase our perceived value as a unique strategic asset. Hoping this will be helpful in understanding some of the factors driving our evolving valuation, I thank you for your interest -- Gerard Dab Chairman and CEO VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp 50 West Liberty Street, Suite 880 Reno, Nevada 89501 Tel. 514.582.5220gdab@visualmedsolutions.com
Goede avond. Louiserna
goede avond, 22 september bovenstaand bericht geplaatst.
