Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Van de koersdoelen en concurrenten worden we ook niet echt vrolijk:

    NEW YORK, - Google Inc's <GOOG.O> Motorola
    Mobility unveiled three smartphones to help compete with bigger
    rivals Apple Inc <AAPL.O> and Samsung Electronics Co <005930.KS>
    for the holiday shopping season.
    Verizon Wireless, the biggest U.S. mobile provider, will
    sell all three devices - the Droid Razr HD, the Droid Razr Maxx
    HD and the Droid Razr M - the companies said on Wednesday.
    The smartphones will use Google's Android software. Motorola
    showed off the phones at a press event in New York, its first
    big media gathering since Google bought Motorola in May. Google
    has said that the handset maker will remain a separate
    subsidiary and will make fewer phones than before.
    The unveiling was part of a flurry of mobile device launches
    ahead of the holiday season throughout the industry. Earlier on
    Wednesday, Nokia Oyj <NOK1V.HE> and Microsoft Corp <MSFT.O>
    unveiled their flagship phone, the Lumia 920, which uses the
    latest Windows Phone operating software. Nokia did not announce

    Amazon.com Inc <AMZN.O> is expected to unwrap new Kindle
    Fire tablets on Thursday, and Apple is expected to unveil the
    latest version of its seminal iPhone on Sept. 12.

    Motorola Mobility's Droid Razr HD boasts a 4.7 inch screen
    with a sharper picture than Motorola's previous phones. Verizon
    Wireless did not announce pricing but said the device will be
    available in time for the holidays.
    The Razr M is a smaller phone for more cost-conscious
    consumers, with a 4.3 inch display that covers most of the front
    of the phone. That device will be available for $99.99 when it
    goes on sale at Verizon Wireless stores next week.
    The Droid Razr Maxx HD will have similar features to the
    Razr HD but will boast a longer battery life. Motorola promised
    that the device could run for 21 hours of phone calls or 13
    hours of video viewing.
    Google Chairman Eric Schmidt told the audience that
    consumers are now activating as many as 1.3 million Android
    phones every day. Motorola rival Samsung is the biggest maker of
    phones based on Android.
    Verizon Wireless is a venture of Verizon Communications
    <VZ.N> and Vodafone Group Plc <VOD.L>.

    Gisteren is de koers gedaald doordat Elop geen datum gaf wanneer ze de nieuwe toestellen gingen verkopen, geen richtprijs gaf en met welke carriers. Dit kwam tot uiting in de Q&A, MAAR de koers was al fel aan het zakken tijdens de voorstelling, dus de koersdaling is niet volledig daaraan te wijten...Ik lees dat er vooral grote partijen shorters zaten.

    (Bloomberg) The operator Verizon Wireless confirmed that it will start selling more phones based on Windows Phone 8 in the fourth quarter.
    That said, Verizon's marketing manager Tami Erwin to news website Cnet.
    According to Verizon's Chief Operating Officer Marni Walden operator plans to work with Nokia, but she would not comment on any date for when it will happen.
    "We continue to have healthy conversations with Nokia," she says to Cnet.
    At Wednesday's launch of the Lumia 920 and 820 did not declare Nokia which operators will be launching phones. The timing of the sales launch was not more specific than "in the fourth quarter."
    In addition to Nokia, Samsung is the only manufacturer that has launched a phone on Windows Phone 8, but HTC is expected to launch Windows Phones in september

    Nokia blundert met Lumia-video door onze redactie
    Een promotiefilmpje voor het nieuwste smartphone van Nokia heeft het Finse bedrijf flink in verlegenheid gebracht. In de video wordt gesuggereerd dat de opnames zijn gemaakt met de nieuwe Lumia 920, terwijl in werkelijkheid een professionele camera is gebruikt.

    Het filmpje in kwestie toont een vrolijk fietsend stel waarbij de jongen de dame met een Lumia 920 filmt. Het doel is om te laten zien hoe effectief de beeldstabilisatie van het apparaat is. Helaas voor Nokia is op een bepaald moment in de reflectie van een autoruit te zien hoe de een cameraman in een wit busje met een spiegelreflexcamera aan het opnemen is.

    De Finse telefoonfabrikant heeft zijn fout toegegeven en stelt dat de video slechts bedoeld was om het verschil tussen geschoten video met en zonder beeldstabilisatie te tonen. In een blogartikel biedt een woordvoerster haar excuses aan voor de veroorzaakte verwarring.
