Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Please note that registration processing times continue to be longer than expected due to the very high number of registrations received at the end of 2023. Accordingly, your registration has not yet been processed by our team.

    Please rest assured that your registration will be reviewed at the earliest opportunity.

    We will provide feedback during our review process on the outcome of your registration and you will receive a certificate evidencing your CVR Units if your registration is successful.

    Ik wil me ook aanmelden voor de CVR (voor wat het nog waard is/zal zijn).

    De volgende documenten worden gevraagd:Based on your CVR Registration information, you are required to upload the following documents:
    1. A completed and fully signed Registration Information Letter
    4. Proof the Initial Beneficiary’s Steinhoff Shareholding as outlined in the Registration Information Letter

    Kan ik hiervoor de eerder opgevraagde UBO-certificaten t.b.v. SdK (13-3-2023 en 19-5-2023) voor gebruiken of wat anders heb ik hiervoor precies nodig?

    We hereby certify as Paying Agent that as at the date of this letter, the Beneficiary held 200,000.00 Ibex Topco B.V. CVR
    Units in its name, as recorded in the CVR Register. An overview of the Beneficiary's transaction history is included below.

    Q: Are CVRs shares in Ibex Topco B.V.?
    A: No, CVRs are contractual rights issued in accordance with the CVR Deed.

    Q: Can I deposit my CVRs into a securities account with a financial institution?
    A: No, CVRs are not securities, and are issued in certificated form only.

    Q: On which exchange can I trade my CVRs?
    A: CVRs are not listed on any exchange.

    Q: Is it possible to transfer my CVRs to another person?
    A: Yes, by contractual assignment of rights. You are required to use the prescribed assignment agreement if you intend to transfer your CVRs to another. Please contact us for the appropriate documentation if required (cvr-registrations@ibexholdings.co.za).

    Q: Is it possible to sell my CVRs?
    A: Yes, it is possible to sell your CVRs via a private transaction. If you do intend to sell your CVRs, please contact us (cvr-registrations@ibexholdings.co.za) for the appropriate documents.

    Q: Where may I access financial statements for Ibex Topco B.V.?
    A: Yearly and half-yearly financial statements for Ibex Topco B.V. will be published on www.ibexholdings.co.za when available.

    Q: Can you provide or assist with a valuation of my CVRs?
    A: No, we cannot assist with valuation of your CVRs.

    Q: Will I receive a distribution in respect of my CVRs?
    A: CVR holders are entitled to receive a distribution only in specific circumstances, as set out in the CVR Deed, at liquidation of Ibex Topco B.V. There is no guarantee that CVR holders will receive a distribution.

    Het zal wel uitdraaien op deze laatste zin - maar we zullen zien!
