Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Beter Bed Holding N.V. (BBH) – the Netherlands’ largest sleep specialist in retail, wholesale and B2B – held its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. BBH is pleased to announce that all resolutions were adopted. The AGM presentation as well as the voting results will be published on www.beterbedholding.com.

    Dividend
    Today, the AGM declared a dividend of € 0.15 per share for the 2022 financial year. The dividend will be distributed fully in cash. The following schedule will apply to the payment of the dividend:

    12 May 2023: listing ex-dividend
    15 May 2023: record date
    From 22 May 2023: payment of dividend

    Supervisory Board composition
    At the AGM Mr B.E. Karis and Mr A. Beyens were reappointed as Supervisory Board Member for a term of four years, ending at the end of the first Annual General Meeting held after four years have elapsed since their reappointment.

    Jaarvergadering Beter Bed akkoord met alle agendapunten

    Waaronder dividend.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) De aandeelhouders van Beter Bed zijn donderdag tijdens de jaarvergadering akkoord gegaan met alle agendapunten. Dit bleek woensdag na afloop.

    Onder meer het dividend van 0,15 euro per aandeel over 2022 werd goedgekeurd. Het aandeel zal op 12 mei ex-dividend noteren.

    Verder werden Bart Karis en Alain Beyens herbenoemd als commissarissen van Beter Bed.

Especially at such important events, good sleep is essential for maximum performance and recovery of the body, which is why the collaboration is now being expanded. Since its foundation in 2001, M line has been inextricably linked to top-level sport; many top-level athletes work with M line because they see sleep as part of their training and preparation for better sports performance.

    Investeerder Torqx doet bod op Beter Bed

    Premie van 107 procent.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Investeerder Torqx Capital Partners doet een bod in contanten op Beter Bed van circa 168 miljoen euro, wat ruim het dubbele is van de huidige beurswaarde. Dat maakte het bedrijf maandag voorbeurs bekend.

    Het bod van 6,10 euro per aandeel Beter Bed biedt een premie van 107 procent op de slotkoers van het aandeel op vrijdag 7 juli van 2,95 euro.

    Het overnamebod wordt unaniem gesteund door het bestuur en raad van commissarissen van Beter Bed, die het in het beste belang van het bedrijf en alle belanghebbenden noemen.

    Ook de drie grootste aandeelhouders met een gezamenlijk belang van 44,32 procent steunen het overnamebod, met name Navitas Capital, Teslin Participaties en De Engh bv.

    Torqx stelt de visie van het bestuur en de groeistrategie van Beter Bed te ondersteunen en zal het hoofdkantoor in Uden laten, terwijl ook de kernwaarden en cultuur, waaronder de duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen worden gehandhaafd.
