Een begrijpelijke val richting waardeloosheid, met tussendoor een herstel. Een herstel richting extreme overwaardering, omdat extreme koersuitslag kopende hobbyhandelaartjes aantrekt. Per saldo geen ontsnapping aan de zwaartekracht, met tussentijdse oplevingen en koersvallen.

    Enkele maanden geleden:
    Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR) (de “Vennootschap” of “Oxurion”), de
    onderstaande informatie openbaar, volgend op (i) de uitgifte van 7.226.039 nieuwe gewone aandelen
    op 7 maart (zoals genoteerd op 7 maart met betrekking tot 4.864.929 nieuwe gewone aandelen en
    op 21 maart met betrekking tot 2.361.110 nieuwe gewone aandelen) 2022, voor een totaalbedrag van
    EUR 10.405.500

    Grote jongens schreven toen in voor 10.5 miljoen euro op nieuwe aandelen aan 1.44 euro.

    Ik denk dat bovenstaande aandelen op de beurs gedumpt zijn en dat er sprake is van 'equity-financiering'.

    Negma Group has converted 160 convertible bonds in Oxurion resulting in a EUR 400,000 capital increase. This is part of Negma Group’s EUR 30 million Capital Commitment1 that will allow Oxurion to focus on progressing its novel and differentiated back of the eye drug candidate targeting potential market opportunities of over USD 5 billion.

    Leuven, BELGIUM, Boston, MA, US – September 30, 2022 – 07.00 PM CET – In accordance with article 15 of the Belgian Act of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of major participations in issuers of which shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and regarding miscellaneous provisions, Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR) (the “Company” or “Oxurion”), announces the below information, following the issuance of (i) 1,052,631 new ordinary shares on September 5, 2022, for a total amount of EUR 200,000, as the result of the conversion of 80 convertible bonds pursuant to the Capital Commitment entered into with Negma Group, and (ii) 1,052,631 new ordinary shares on September 13, 2022, for a total amount of EUR 200,000, as the result of the conversion of 80 convertible bonds pursuant to the Capital Commitment entered into with Negma Group.

    Following completion of the capital increase through the conversion of the convertible bonds, the total number of shares issued by Oxurion amounts to 55,159,533 outstanding ordinary shares carrying voting rights (compared to 53,054,271 outstanding ordinary shares previously). This number will be used as the denominator for the calculation of the percentages of shareholdings.

    Therefore, Oxurion publishes the following updated information:

    Oxurion Announces Amendment to Funding Program with Negma Group for EUR 6 Million in Funding
    September 2, 2022

    Leuven, BELGIUM, Boston, MA, US – September 2, 2022 – CET 10:30PM – Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussels: OXUR) a biopharmaceutical company developing next generation standard of care ophthalmic therapies, with clinical stage assets in vascular retinal disorders, announced today that it has amended its mandatory convertible bonds issuance and subscription agreement announced on April 6, 2021 (“funding program”) with the Negma Group, a financial institution focused on supporting growth and capturing value through a multi-strategy approach. The proceeds will be devoted to Oxurion’s KALAHARI Phase 2, Part B clinical trial. The trial is currently underway and is evaluating THR-149, its novel therapeutic for second line therapy, against market leader aflibercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME) for the 40-50% of DME patients that get suboptimal response to standard of care anti-VEGF therapy, with top-line data expected mid next year.

    The amendment allows Oxurion access to EUR 6 million in cash in four monthly tranches to be called at the Company’s discretion without application of a cooling off period or liquidity requirement. Negma agrees to subscribe to up to 2,400 bonds, at a 20% discount to the volume-weighted average price over 15 trading days preceding conversion and will receive a commitment fee of EUR 700,000 in bonds. The remaining portion of the initial EUR 30 million funding program will be suspended until the end of 2022 and remains available thereafter under the initial terms and conditions, which is expected to be EUR 19 million.     “As DME is the leading cause of blindness amongst working age adults, there is an urgent need to novel therapeutics like THR-149,” said Tom Graney, CEO of Oxurion. “In the first part of our two-part Phase 2 clinical trial, THR-149 demonstrated a gain in visual acuity of greater than nine letters, in a post-hoc analysis in this difficult to treat patient population, that was sustained for at least four months after the last injection. We are delighted to have the Negma Group continue to support our approach to developing the next generation standard of care for retinal disorders.”

    Vandaag of morgen maar eens instappen voor een gokje rond de 5 cent. Kan zomaar bounche back omhoog komen gaat vaak zo met dat soort aandelen. Koers stond vorige week vrijdag nog op 0,12 cent. Zou toch een leuke winst zijn ;)
