Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

(NYSE American: UEC, the “Company” or “UEC”) and UEX Corporation (TSX:UEX, “UEX”) are pleased to announce they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which UEC will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of UEX by way of statutory plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) under the Canada Business Corporations Act.

    Under the terms of the Agreement, each holder of the common shares of UEX (each, a “UEX Share”) will receive 0.0831 of one UEC share (each, a “UEC Share”) in exchange for each UEX Share. This share exchange ratio implies consideration of approximately C$0.43 (3) per UEX Share and a premium of approximately 50% based on the closing price of UEX’s shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) on June 10, 2022.

    Onzin: UEC produceert niks, is belachelijk overgewaardeerd en de voorraad uranium in de grond is verdeeld over talloze flutprojectjes en heeft geen waarde zolang het in de grond zit.

    UEX is een Canadees bedrijf en dus wordt de voorraad uranium in de USA geen pond groter.

    UEC is al minstens 20 jaar een enorme mislukking.

    Ik zag gisteren en video op YouTube over het opzetten van een nieuwe World Reserve Currency door China en Rusland. De waarde hiervan wordt door specifieke grondstoffen vertegenwoordigd. Ze noemde: goud, zilver, koper, maar ook uranium.

    Dat zou ook een slinger geven aan de prijs van uranium.
