What is the influence of next week's vote (15th of January) on the Brexit for Acacia Pharma, being registered in England ? If we move towards a no deal Brexit, then all shares of GB listed companies may head downwards...
It seems you only post when we go down. And everytime these vague kinds of negative messages. But if shorting is your way, thats fine. But placing non relevant stupid messages here to get your profit is not.

So why is this a stupid remark?

Acacia only targets the.... drumroll....US market.

Yes I dont think Acacia should get much trouble for that. The US government shutdown on FDA approvals did cross my mind for a second though. But current applications should be uneffected by the shutdown.

It would not be logical or reasonable for the Brexit vote (on 15 January) to have any effect on the stock price of Acacia Pharma. The Brexit vote has nothing to do with the quality of the product and pipeline of Acacia Pharma. What is important for Acacia Pharma is the awaited FDA decision. It is possible that somebody might use the Brexit vote to manipulate price movement in the stock market. But I don't think that it will have any long lasting effect on Acacia Pharma. I have not been able to find any news in the public domain that can explain the present low value of the stock price of Acacia Pharma. If people are selling the stock because of the upcoming Brexit vote, then I think that such line of action is unreasonable. The FDA decision can come any day from now--very unexpectedly. So, one has to be careful.

I think most investors already assume that the FDA will aprove Barhemsys. In that sense, an approval on the 5th of may or before should not increase the stock price either. Yet it will, just like a mere delay in the approval caused the stock to drop by 70%. For barely any stock nowadays does the value truely represent the intrinsic company value. Stocks that pay out dividends are typically getting close, as nobody can argue with the hard cash it pays off. But all stocks are somehow effected by factors that should have absolutely no effect on the company.

As for Acacia Pharma, the expected year at which it will assume to make profit is 2022/2023. Athough it is a few more years from now, it is within a reasonable timeframe. If you believe in the company and the product then it doesn't matter what happens to the Brexit, the trade war or the delayed FDA approval. After 2023, the Acacia stock price will be based on the money they are making.
