Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Misschien loont een verhoging vd investering "strategisch" nauwelijks, en verkiezen ze (geografische) spreiding vd financiële middelen daarboven ?

    Denk eens aan de familie Heineken, Heinken Holding en Heinken NV.
    Familie Heineken heeft volledige zeggenschap in Heineken NV (50,005%), maar verschaft zij slechts 22,65% van het kapitaal.

    Glencore zwom in het recente verleden niet bepaald in het geld = enorme schulden:

    Met de delisting krijgt Glencore ook sowieso niet de hele mijn.
    De Kamoto mijn = 75% Katanga Mining en 25% Gécamines (=Congolese staat)
    Katanga Mining = 86% Glencore en 14% ....

    Of misschien omdat wij die 14% bezitten en Glencore onze vraagprijs niet ziet zitten :)
    Die laatste 11% koste Glencore $ 38 miljoen.
    En er zit natuurlijk ook nog flinke schuld die ook nog afgelost dient te worden.

    Emissie, emissie, emmissie ... :)

The Kolwezi Court was notified of the decision of the Supreme Court on May 7, 2018. As a result of the decision of the Supreme Court, the Kolwezi Court concluded today that the previously scheduled Capital Deficiency Proceedings should be suspended until after the Supreme Court renders its decision. The first hearing of the Supreme Court is scheduled on June 15, 2018.

As previously disclosed, the Company's joint venture partner, the Democratic Republic of Congo ("DRC") state-owned company La Générale des Carrières et des Mines ("Gécamines"), in the Company's 75% DRC operating subsidiary Kamoto Copper Company ("KCC"), commenced legal proceedings to dissolve KCC following KCC's failure to address its previously disclosed capital deficiency or, alternatively, if the Court were to provide KCC with a period of time within which to regularize the situation, to request the appointment of an expert to assess and report to the Court on KCC's financial position and its recapitalization plan (the "Capital Deficiency Proceedings").
