Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    ja dat weet ik, maar vreemd genoeg volgt niet altijd de koers de resultaten, had het enkele dagen geleden ook al aangehaald, en blijkbaar is het hier ook zo.
    Sommige bedrijven komen met slechte cijfers uit en de koers gaat daarop veel omhoog, dikwijls omdat analisten het nog slechter verwacht hadden.

    KEYWARE TECH. (D) : Keyware plans to issue a private bond loan

    Brussels, Belgium - 22 November 2012 - Keyware (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW) announced today that the company Keyware Technologies NV is planning to issue a private bond loan for the maximum amount of EUR 7 million.

    In the coming weeks, Keyware will issue a bond loan which is intended for investors who will each invest a minimum of 100.00 EUR. The desired proceeds from the bond loan lie between EUR 3.5 million and EUR 7 million. Non-affiliated parties may also subscribe to the loan and there will be no preferential subscription right. The exact terms and conditions of the bond loan will be announced when the issue is finalised.

    The Board of Directors foresees that this issue can be completed before the end of the year.

    Vista Capital Advisors NV act as advisor for Keyware in this transaction.

    Guido Van der Schueren, Chairman of the Management Board: 'The Board of Directors is confident that 2012 will be a good year for Keyware. This is the beginning of our ascendency in the world of payment services. The funds from our bond loan will serve mainly as an additional accelerator for our growth model and will support gaining a stronger position in the highly profitable market segments.'
