Details: The Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal has determined that
the compensation amount of the ordinary shares SNS Reaal NV will be set at
€ 0.
Adjustments: Given that the compensation amount has been set, the following contract
adjustments have been made:
¦ Intrinsic Value settlement
¦ SNS stock price at € 0
¦ The Contracts shall be de-listed with immediate effect and all outstanding
positions will be settled at intrinsic value. (LCH will perform this in the
evening of 15 February 2021). The compensation amount of € 0 will be used
as the reference point for the calculation of the intrinsic value of the
options series.
