Capital Research meldt stemrecht in Besi

AMSTERDAM (AFN) - Capital Research and Management Company heeft stemrecht in BE Semiconductor Industries (Besi) aangemeld bij de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM). Dat blijkt uit een melding bij de toezichthouder.

Capital Research heeft een stemrecht van 3,10 procent in de onderneming, maar zonder kapitaalbelang. Er zijn geen eerdere meldingen van Capital Research rond Besi bekend in de registers van de toezichthouder.
