ETF-aanbieder VanEck heeft deze week een tracker geïntroduceerd waarmee beleggers toegang krijgen tot innovatieve smarthome-technologie.
Deze trend heeft nu al gevolgen voor alle aspecten van ons dagelijks leven: hoe we winkelen, werken, communiceren en entertainment beleven. De smarthome-ontwikkeling vormt een nieuw ecosysteem waarvan de groei wordt aangedreven door digitale transformatie.
CAVE
De VanEck Vectors Smart Home Active UCITS ETF (met ticker CAVE en isincode IE000FN81QD2) is verhandelbaar op Euronext Amsterdam en heeft een kostenplaatje van 0,85% op jaarbasis.
VanEck werkt hierbij samen met de Nederlandse investeringsmaatschappij Dasym. Zij zijn gespecialiseerd in het creëren van actief beheerde, op thema's gebaseerde beleggingsoplossingen. Deze aanpak stelt Dasym in staat om trends in een vroeg stadium te herkennen en als eerste op de markt te komen met innovatieve producten. Het aandelenteam voert de aandelenselectie uit voor de actieve ETF.
De tracker omvat een wereldwijde selectie van ongeveer 60 bedrijven die hun inkomsten genereren in de smarthome-sector. De mand wordt maandelijks aangepast.
Bovenstaande grafiek geeft de karakteristieken weer van de posities. Hierbij is de grootste blootstelling met zo’n 72% de Amerikaanse dollar en 12% euro.
